Mowing

LMI Colorado regularly mows every 7-10 days with a sharp mower blade at a height of 2 ½” – 3” to keep the grass growing vigorously and to maintain adequate density. We use proper mowing practices that contribute to a healthier lawn with minimal weeds.

Fertilization and Weed Control

LMI Colorado prides ourselves on our all-inclusive turf health program, unlike any other company. We include premium slow-release Fertilizer & Weed Control applications, as well as Core Aeration, Pre-Emergent, and Post Treatments. Our premium Fertilization & Weed Control programs will keep your property looking amazing.

Pruning

LMI Colorado provides esthetic pruning consistent with reasonable industry standards to provide a well maintained appearance. Structural, deadwood, renewal, or corrective pruning are additional services that we also specialize in and are happy to discuss.
